ROLE SUMMARY AND OVERVIEW
The Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead will be responsible for driving the commercialization of Newgens products and solutions across global markets. The role serves as the strategic bridge between Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Analyst Relations, Customer Success, and Regional Marketing to ensure every product is positioned effectively, launched successfully, adopted by customers, and contributes meaningfully to pipeline and revenue growth.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role responsible for product positioning, messaging, market intelligence, product launches, sales enablement, demand generation strategy, and GTM execution. The incumbent will own the end-to-end GTM lifecyclefrom defining value propositions and buyer journeys to influencing pipeline creation and accelerating market adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Product Strategy & Positioning
Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise buyers.
Build differentiated narratives for products, platforms, and industry solutions.
Translate complex technology capabilities into business outcomes and customer value.
Create messaging frameworks tailored to CXOs, business users, IT leaders, and line-of-business stakeholders.
Develop vertical-specific messaging across Banking, Insurance, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Shared Services.
2. Go-to-Market Strategy
Define and execute global Go-to-Market strategies for products, solutions, and new market offerings.
Develop launch plans covering positioning, pricing inputs, packaging recommendations, messaging, sales readiness, and customer communication.
Create GTM strategies for new products, AI capabilities, accelerators, industry solutions, and platform enhancements.
Partner with regional marketing teams to localize GTM plans across geographies.
Build repeatable GTM frameworks that can be adopted globally.

Product Launch Management
Demand Generation & Pipeline Acceleration
Own the GTM strategy of all Products and Solutions to drive qualified inbound demand and marketing influenced pipeline.
Partner with Digital Marketing, Regional Marketing, Content, Events, and Demand Generation teams to execute integrated GTM campaigns.
Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas, customer journeys, and value propositions.
Develop industry, regional, and solution-based GTM plays that generate measurable pipeline.
Partner with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) teams to execute strategic account campaigns.
Support product-led growth initiatives where applicable.
Continuously optimize funnel performance from awareness to MQL, SQL, opportunity, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
Sales Enablement
Equip Sales and Presales teams with compelling customer-facing assets.
Create sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and competitive comparisons.
Conduct sales readiness and enablement sessions for global sales teams.
Support strategic customer presentations, executive meetings, and RFP pursuits.
Improve sales productivity through standardized messaging and tools.
Competitive & Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors, market trends, analyst reports, and emerging technologies.
Conduct win-loss analysis and identify competitive strengths and weaknesses.
Develop competitive battle cards and differentiation frameworks.
Provide actionable market insights to Product Management and Sales Leadership.
Identify whitespace opportunities for future growth.
Cross-functional Leadership
Work closely with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market intelligence.
Partner with Corporate Marketing to build thought leadership and executive positioning.
Collaborate with Customer Success to develop customer references and case studies.
Work with Regional Marketing to adapt messaging across global markets.
Align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner teams around common GTM priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
MBA in Marketing, Business, or related discipline preferred.
1015 years of experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Strategy, or Product Management.
Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, BPM, ECM, AI, Low-Code, Digital Transformation, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services preferred.
Experience launching enterprise software products across global markets.
Strong understanding of B2B enterprise buying cycles.
Excellent business storytelling and presentation skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across matrix organizations.
